How do I search the Knowledge Base?
First, choose a product .
Then, in the keywords section, enter a word, string of words,
choose the search method from the drop-down list and choose your
options.
(OR)
Enter the KB article ID in the Article ID box and Search.
The Boolean Expression search method allows for direct specification
of operators (AND, OR, and NOT) between words in the query. Use this when
a specific relationship exists between terms in the documents you're looking
for.
For example:
(cabinet AND ingredients) OR (shopping AND cabinet)
(cabinet AND ingredients) AND (shopping OR cabinet)
(cabinet OR ingredients) AND (shopping OR cabinet)
(cabinet OR ingredients) OR (shopping AND cabinet)
(cabinetAND ingredients) AND (shopping AND cabinet)
(cabinet OR ingredients) OR (shopping OR cabinet)
(cabinet) OR (shopping)
(recipes) AND (suppliers)
