How it Works
The Support System is a 3-tier program which is designed to meet
the needs of the customer.
1. Evaluation
Once you download a product, you are entitled to 30 calendar days for
evaluating the software. The 30 evaluation days start counting from the
first day you install the product on your machine. During these 30
evaluation days, you will be entitled to 30 calendar days free technical
support. Once the 30 days are over, the software will be locked
and you can not use it anymore unless you register it.
2. Registration
To register a product, you need to supply us with the License Key.
This can be obtained either from the Registration Screen, or else from
the Help About screen. Once we receive payment, we will issue and email
back an Unlock Code against the License Key you supplied.
To fully register a product, simply type in the Unlock Code into its
appropriate place and click on the Register button. You will be entitled
to unlimited use of the product, with no restrictions whatsoever. Upon
registration, you are also entitled to 3 calendar months free technical
support. If after this period you require more support or upgrades,
you need to purchase a maintenance agreement in the form of a Priority
or Priority Plus support package.
After registering a product, you will immediately receive an updated
recipe database which the latest recipes which will be over 1000's!
3. Maintenance
When you subscribe to one of the available support plans, you will be
entitled to the following:
- Free Technical Support
- Free Product Updates
- Free Product Information
- Free Complimentary CD
A support plan expires after 12 months. If you would like to continue
benefiting from our flexible support system, a new subscription must be
purchased.
